Dua Lipa added a dose of disco ball charm to her sartorial agenda as she slipped into a daring metallic number. To celebrate her Dua by Augustinus Bader pop up in New York City, the singer embraced the underwear-as-outerwear trend in a shiny silver negligee dress.
The garment featured delicate spaghetti straps with a plunging neckline and figure-hugging silhouette. The metallic look was adorned with intricate black lace embroidery on the bodice and hemline, with Dua opting to go sans bra underneath. The maxi dress was styled with black leather boots and a chunky gold statement necklace.
Negligees, often sheer or silky interpretations of women's night gowns or slip dresses, have become the go-to staple for dinner dates by today's It-girls.
