Katie Holmes looked happier than ever as she stepped out in New York City on Thursday night with her artist beau, Jason Bard Yarmosky, for the American Ballet Theater Fall Gala.
The 47-year-old was glowing in a long-sleeved, dark green gown with a drop waist and a pleated skirt, which she paired with a large black handbag and dangling earrings.

Katie opted to wear her brunette locks back in a chic bun, and couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she walked into the event with Jason by her side.
Jason looked dapper in a dark blue suit over a black shirt, which he paired with black dress shoes.
The duo were first linked in July, when they were pictured together at a screening of The Invite, before they stepped out hand-in-hand at a Ferragamo pop-up dinner in the Hamptons.
Katie has remained tight-lipped about their budding romance, yet shared with Elle that the pair "have similar taste". She has also posted several photos of the 39-year-old on her social media, including a birthday tribute in September, in which she called him "the best of the best".

Who is Jason Bard Yarmosky?
Jason is an artist who typically works with themes like time, memory and aging. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York and delved deeper into his work on his website.
Jason shared that he "developed a connection to these ideas through his close relationship with his grandparents, who were six decades his senior. Growing up, he often visited museums where he noticed the historical aspect of idealized beauty, which often emphasized youth, yet he yearned for a varied perspective that reflected a broader personal experience."

In an interview with Artnet, Jason spoke on his 2013 Elder Kinder series, which was inspired by his grandparents.
"I wanted to bring out the inner, youthful aspect that we all have as we get older," he explained.
"The last two shows I did, I was working primarily with my grandparents, but I was also using them as stand-ins for a more universal concept. The difference with this show is that I'm focusing more on them on an intimate level."
"Nobody should want to be young forever. You should want to enjoy all of life," he continued. "We shouldn't limit ourselves to just one idea of beauty; we should accept it all."
Before dating Jason, Katie had not been linked to anyone since musician Bobby Wooten III, with whom she was seen out and about in 2022. She also dated chef Emilio Vitolo Jr., Jamie Foxx, Joshua Jackson, and, most famously, Tom Cruise.
She was married to Tom from 2006 to 2012, and the pair welcomed their daughter Suri together. Their breakup was reportedly sparked by Katie's dislike of the Church of Scientology, which Tom had been part of since 1986. Suri reportedly has no contact with her father now and legally changed her surname to "Noelle" rather than "Cruise" in an apparent effort to distance herself from the action star.
