Dua Lipa and Callum Turner made their first red-carpet appearance since tying the knot in Sicily in June, with the pair stepping out for the NYC premiere of his new film, One Night Only.
Dua was dazzling in a form-fitting black Ferragamo gown with a plunging neckline, a halter neck, sheer paneling and a delicate train trailing behind her. She paired the look with chunky jewelry and eye-catching diamond earrings, and wore her brunette tresses back in a sleek ponytail.
Her new husband looked dapper in a navy double-breasted suit with a yellow button-up shirt underneath, paired with a striped tie and black dress shoes. The couple couldn't take their eyes off each other on the red carpet as they enjoyed their glamorous date night.
One Night Only
Callum stars in One Night Only alongside Monica Barbaro, Molly Ringwald, Maya Hawke, Julia Fox and Este Haim. As per the film's logline, it follows "Allie and Owen, two love-starved strangers who crash into each other in an ever-so-slightly fictionalized New York City on the one night of the year when single people are allowed to have sex".
"Recently dumped Owen and hopeful romantic Allie might be the only two singles in the city looking for more than just a quick encounter," the synopsis continued.
"They both feel a spark when they meet, but a series of missteps and side quests complicate their night, keeping them apart. As they each race toward and away from each other across the city, they just might discover that the one thing they want most is closer than they think."
A star-studded celebration
Dua and Callum's appearance comes two months after they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Sicily, at the stunning 18th-century Baroque estate, Villa Valguarnera.
For the ceremony, which was attended by stars like Elton John, Charli XCX, Grace Gummer and Joe Alwyn, Dua wore a Chanel Haute Couture gown.
The dress took 1,155 hours to make, and was followed by a stunning Bottega Veneta halter-neck gown with a plunging back and feathered skirt for the reception.
Dua and Callum married in a civil ceremony a week earlier at London's Old Marylebone Town Hall, and the pop superstar donned a Schiaparelli suit for the occasion, complete with Christian Louboutin pumps.
Following their wedding celebration, the duo enjoyed a romantic Italian honeymoon before returning to work. Dua was spotted in the recording studio recently, hinting at preparations for her fourth album.
Meet-cute
Dua and Callum first met at The River Café in London, and reconnected a year later while out to dinner in LA. The "Houdini" singer told Harper's Bazaar that she was "happier than ever" with the actor, who has starred in Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, The Boys in the Boat and War & Peace.
"I'm happier than ever, so it feels like I'm doing a disservice by not talking about it," she explained. "When you're a public person, anything that's very personal is very vulnerable. It's not like I don't want to share it."
"I love love. It is a beautiful thing," she continued. "It's a really inspiring thing. You find yourself so intensely falling all the time in the best way possible."
