Willow Smith is calculating that she is a year older.
On Saturday, October 31, the "Meet Me At Our Spot" singer rang in her 26th trip around the sun, while also celebrating Halloween, dressed up as a calculator.
The Grammy nominee is the youngest daughter of Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith, who have been married since 1997, and are also parents to sons Jaden Smith, 28, and Trey Smith, 33, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor's son with Sheree Zampino.
After the weekend, Willow took to Instagram and shared a series of photos showcasing her sultry costume.
The birthday girl wore a metallic bra with a matching pleated mini-skirt and long gloves, accessorizing with taped-up glasses and pencils attached to her hair.
"Get your calculators out," she wrote, and fans were quick to take to the comments section under the post and gush over it — with math puns.
"You are the root of all equations," one wrote, as others followed suit with: "If my calculations are correct, you are eating," and: "Wait I like math now," as well as: "Yesssss you look amazing."
Willow's parents commemorated her birthday with a joint post on Instagram, sharing a video montage of her and writing: "Happy Birthday, Willow. We agree. You are One of One! We Love You."
Earlier this year, Willow released her eighth studio album, The Thread, months after releasing her seventh, Petal Rock Black. "I feel like I'm just now getting to the point to where I actually really like and love the music that I'm creating," she told the New York Times in July.
"Before, I just felt like I was kind of stumbling in the dark," she said. "And I still am. But now I've got a candle, and that candle is the technical time that I have spent with my instrument and with my voice. I just keep on adding to that little candle. But I feel like I have so much more to go."
Willow reflected on growing up in the spotlight as the daughter of a Hollywood power couple, noting: "My desire to be diligent comes from me wanting to offer something to the world if I’m going to be in this position … Obviously I have so much privilege in this family that I've been born into. That is something that I cannot ignore. But the psychological effect of being in that environment is also something that I can't ignore. As time has gone on, I have just learned to be, like, two things can be true at the same time."
"There's the privilege that I have being born into this family. And then the other thing is the psychological and emotional impact of being born in said family — being scrutinized and analyzed," she added.
