Heidi Klum dons towering 12-inch heels for racy shoot

While she's more than used to donning vertiginous heels for fashion assignments, Heidi Klum could have been be forgiven for struggling with the eye-popping footwear the stylists placed her in for a German style mag shoot this week.
 
Shoppers on Rodeo Drive stopped to stare as the mum-of-three posed in an incredible pair of thigh-high, 12 inch Alexander McQueen boots on a bench.
 
On the same day the Germany-born beauty was busy working her magic in front of the cameras, she also made an appearance on US TV. Heidi, who lives in LA, went undercover as a pizza waitress to trick members of the public for an April Fools special titled Get That A Lot.
 
As confused customers repeatedly told her she looked like Heidi Klum, the model cheekily took bites out of people's food and dropped dough on the floor.
 
"I got to be someone I am normally not. I was quite rude to people," she said after revealing her cover.
