Robbie Williams headlining Help for Heroes gig

Robbie Williams says he is "honoured" to be performing in a special one-off concert held to raise money for the Help for Heroes charity.

The British singer, who recently rejoined Take That, will be fronting the event, which will take place at Twickenham Stadium on September 12 and is being aired by the BBC.

Other acts helping to raise funds for wounded servicemen and women include Alexandra Burke, Plan B, The Saturdays and James Blunt.

And it's not just top musicians taking part; comics including Jack Dee, Michael McIntyre, Jason Manford and Bruce Forsyth will also be making an appearance.

Some 60,000 fans and troops are expected to attend.
