Newsreader Kate Silverton has announced that she is pregnant.
The 40-year-old BBC journalist and her husband Michael Heron are expecting a baby in October. She said she conceived their first child together naturally after several failed IVF attempts.
The television presenter - who is four months pregnant - said she is "extremely excited " with the news after trying to conceive for a number of years.
She said: "We are absolutely thrilled. We had given up all hope of having a family after years of trying so this seems like a minor miracle."
"Despite a number of IVF attempts this pregnancy happened quite naturally and came as a wonderful surprise. We feel very blessed and are extremely excited."
