'Pineapple Dance Studios' axed, but Louie carries on

Reality show Pineapple Dance Studios will not return for a second series, it has been announced.

However, the show's breakout star - artistic director Louie Spence - has been signed up to front his own Sky series.

The wildly camp dance teacher has reportedly agreed a £200,000 deal with Sky to front a new reality series.

Although Sky are yet to officially confirm which show Louie will be involved in, they have confirmed he has signed a new deal.

The broadcaster has not revealed why the series, which was narrated by Michael Buerk, will not return.
