Former EastEnders star and new mum Hannah Waterman stepped out with her baby and partner Huw Higginson in London this week.

Just one month after giving birth to her son, the actress looked healthy and in good spirits. 

Hannah surprised fans when she announced she was expecting a child with Huw, 47, in April.

The couple had been dating since last summer after a 10-year friendship

Hannah had a high-profile split from former EastEnders co-star Ricky Groves in January 2010.

Huw split from wife Geraldine before moving in with the actress last June.

Speaking earlier this year, Hannah revealed: "We spoke early on in our relationship about the fact that we’d like a family.

"I’m 35 and I didn’t want to wait around because, as everyone knows, it can be harder to conceive as you get older.

"But we didn’t expect it to happen so quickly!"
