Boris Becker clears up details of daughter's conception

Tennis ace Boris Becker decided this week to set the record straight about the conception of his nine-year-old daughter Anna.

There were widespread reports that the youngster was the result of an encounter with model Angela Ermakova in a cupboard at London's Nobu eaterie.

But Boris told Piers Morgan, in an interview to be screened on ITV1 on Saturday night: "It actually happened on the stairs between the bathrooms so there was no broom cupboard”

Although at first he denied the little girl was his, Boris later had a change of heart.

The dad-of-three, who is expecting a baby with his fiancée Lilly Kerssenberg, gained joint custody of his daughter in 2007 and sees her on a regular basis.

“I have a beautiful daughter. Today, I wouldn't want to miss it for a minute. I love her very much."
