Mexican leading lady Salma Hayak has denied that plans are in place for a lavish follow-up celebration to her quiet Valentine's Day nuptials.
Salma, who married millionaire businessman Francois-Henri Pinault at City Hall in Paris, said: "I think a wedding is about love, friends, family and fun".
"I think spending millions of dollars on a wedding is ridiculous and it has never been my dream. I would never do that," she added.
The actress-producer and her husband have one daughter together, Valentina Paloma, who was born in September 2007.
