Abbey Clancy swapped her sparkly costumes for an army uniform on Thursday as she completed an army assault course.
In an attempt to bring out her fierce side for her performance of the Tango on Saturday night's Strictly Come Dancing, the blonde mum-of-one climbed over walls, up ramps and along ropes to work on her strength and attack.
The model and her partner Aljaz Skorjanec decided to take the extreme measures after receiving comments that their performance "didn’t have any attack" during last week's show.
Speaking about the affect training is having on her body, the Liverpudlian said: "I’ve been using muscles that I never knew I had; my arms, legs, neck, back…I don’t think anyone realises how much energy and stamina you need to do these really intense dances."
