World Cup winner Jack Charlton has been taken to hospital after collapsing during a family holiday in Spain.
The 74-year-old had been complaining of eye problems before being taken to a private clinic.
Jack, brother of Manchester United legend Bobby, played for Leeds United and was in England's 1966 World Cup winning team.
After hospital tests proved inconclusive, the former footballer was discharged with medication to treat high blood pressure.
"It was a scare at the time but he has had more tests and checks than he would have had in the UK," his son John says.
"We've taken all the right precautions to make sure he's OK and he was well looked after right from the start."
"He just had a bit of a turn."
