Evan Rachel Wood joins True Blood as vampire queen
With record-breaking ratings over the last two episodes of HBO vampire series True Blood, they are set to break through the roof when starlet Evan Rachel Wood makes her guest-starring debut on Sunday night in the US.
The fiery redhead will play 1,100 year-old Queen Sophie-Anne who doesn't look a day over 20.
“I don’t know if I am having sex with anyone yet,” the actress tells a US magazine. “But I certainly have a steamy scene with someone that I don’t think you’d really expect.”
She had nothing but praise for the actors on set, including newly engaged couple Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, whose love transcended offscreen. And the hunky actor recently revealed it was True Blood that inspired his proposal to the Oscar-winning actress.
