'Emmerdale's Hayley Tamaddon crowned 'Ice' queen
Soap star Hayley Tamaddon and her Dancing on Ice partner Daniel Whiston have been crowned the winners of this year's skating talent show.
Hayley, 33 - favourite to win since the series began in January - beat off competition from The Bill's Gary Lucy after a skate-off inspired by Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean's famous Bolero routine from 26 years ago.
Hayley's first performance of the night, in which she used a harness to fly over the ice, was labelled "magical" by celebrity judge Emma Bunton.
"That was unbelievable. I feel like a fairy on a Christmas tree," said Hayley after the feat.
