Long-ing looks! Broody Eva Longoria dotes on baby Harper

04 NOVEMBER 2011

In April, Eva Longoria told American TV host, Rachel Ray, that she wanted to "have kids and be a mum".

And the Desperate Housewives star - who split from husband Tony Parker a year ago - radiated a maternal glow as she bounced Victoria Beckham's daughter Harper on her knee at a football match on Thursday.

The trio of brunettes brought an injection of Girl Power to LA Galaxy's fixture against the New York Red Bulls.

Although dad David weaved his magic on the pitch, the real show was taking place in the spectator's gallery.

New mum Victoria sat back and relaxed whilst her friend lovingly entertained Harper

And the former Spice Girl also cradled the tot's head as she pulled her in for a kiss.

After their tender moment, she held her little girl up so she could see her daddy in action.

Victoria and Eva have carved out a solid friendship since the Beckhams moved to America after David signed for LA Galaxy.

The stunning brunette supported Victoria through her pregnancy and hosted her baby shower in May – much to Posh’s appreciation.

"Such a lovely day!!! thank u so much @EvaLongoria and @KenPaves for being such wonderful friends. Baby showers are so much fun!!!!!!!x vb," she posted afterwards.

Now, as well as having Eva enraptured, it seems baby Harper has also inspired mum Victoria - who has announced plans to add a children's collection to her thriving £15m fashion empire.

The star is said to want to sketch designs which reflect her family life.

"In some of her down time with Harper, Victoria has been jotting down drawings and coming up with ideas for kids' clothes that are practical but fun too.", a source told Showbiz Spy
