Paul Walker's girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell makes an emotional visit to his home

05 DECEMBER 2013 Paul Walker's girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell made an emotional visit to the late actor's home on Tuesday.

College student Jasmine, 23, who had been with 40-year-old Paul for seven years, was seen for the first time since his tragic death when she visited his house in Santa Barbara.

Upon her arrival, grief-stricken Jasmine was seen wiping tears from her eyes and embracing a supportive male friend.

Jasmine, who was said to becoming like a stepmother to Paul's 15-year-old daughter Meadow, spent around three hours with the actor's family at the Fast and Furious actor's house.

In the days since Paul tragically died in a car crash, Jasmine has been comforted by her mother Julie.

"Paul was a really good guy and Jasmine is broken up by this," said her uncle Barton Bruner. "I went to Thanksgiving with him, played golf with him.

"They had their ups and downs but they were together and looking to spend a bright future together."

It is believed that Jasmine was the one who broke the news of Paul's death to Meadow.

"I believe she is the one who told Meadow about what happened," said eyewitness Jim Torp, who informed Jasmine of Paul's death. "When she found out she was hysterical and crying."

Meadow, who spent her early childhood living her mother Rebecca McBrain in Hawaii, recently moved in with her father.

According to Paul's father the actor wanted to take time off work to spend more time with his daughter.

"I want to take a hiatus," Paul Walker Sr quoted his son as saying. "She's just 15 and I don't have much more time to be with her. And then boom, he got another movie. He would say, 'I don't know what to do.'"
