HOLLY VALANCE SUNNIES UP FOR GRABS IN CHARITY AUCTION

A pair of pop star Holly Valance's sexy designer sunglasses go under the hammer – along with shades belonging to show biz personalities from Jodie Kidd to boy band Blue – this month to benefit the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association Fans can buy shades owned by their favourite stars while aiding a good cause by bidding in the celebrity sunglasses auction beginning June 10 at www.guidedogs.org.uk.

Other lots up for bid are Chloe shades owned Minnie Driver, Anastacia's stylish frames by Dolce & Gabbana and a pair of sunglasses from Elton John's collection.

The online auction runs through July 15, which marks the organisation's Shades For A Day event, when thousands will sport dark specs to raise funds for the charity and boost awareness about guide dogs and eye health issues.

"This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to obtain sunglasses perviously owned by your favourite celebrity while raising invaluable funds for guide gogs," says the organisation's head of communications, Robin Hutchinson.
