Two of the fashion industry's most glamorous mums got to share a "baby appreciation" moment together when they ran into each other in trendy Notting Hill this week. Kate Moss, whose daughter Lila Grace is now two years old, showed she was an old hand at motherhood as she dandled Stella McCartney's son Miller on her knee after running into her fellow style icon at a fashionable cafe.
Kate was just about to leave the Tea Palace when she saw Stella arriving with two-month-old Miller in a push chair. Needless to say, the Chanel model decided to stick around for a few minutes so she could have a chat with her old friend. And she may well have offered some useful baby tips to the designer.
Sir Paul McCartney's famous daughter already seems to have a clear idea of how she wants to raise her little boy. The 33-year-old, who famously criticised her father for sending her to a comprehensive school, is already looking for a private preparatory school for him.
These are hectic days for the style guru. Having just presented a range of sportswear in collaboration with Adidas, she has also agreed to follow in the footsteps of Karl Lagerfeld, who was her predecessor at Chloe, by producing a new collection for high street giants H&M.
"We are thrilled to collaborate with Stella McCartney," revealed head of design, Margareta van den Bosch. "Her designs are modern and cool yet classic and wearable. We have long admired her sense of tailoring and femininity." |
