With two star-studded events taking place on Tuesday – the premiere of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Mr And Mrs Smith in Los Angeles, and the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London – it was the perfect opportunity for a host of celebs to show off their individual style.
In Britain, Charlotte Church revealed her wilder side in animal print and Oscar nominee Sophie Okonedo made a unique statement by combining florals and stripes. For the men, R&B star Usher turned down the bling in exchange for a mint pullover and summery white trousers, while Ozzy's kid Jack Osbourne, who sipped ice water at the bash, showed off a slimmed-down, cleaned-up look in a snazzy pinstripe suit.
Also at the party was Geri Halliwell, who wore the same dark blue bustier dress American actress Lindsay Lohan had on as she stepped out for the Stateside Mr And Mrs Smith premiere. Each former redhead tailored the gown to her taste, with Geri adding spaghetti straps and a train to the outfit.
The belle of the LA ball, however, had to be Angelina Jolie, who arrived at her film's debut poured into a plunge-necked leather gown. Co-star Brad Pitt also opted for leather, but, making a casual statement of his own, combined the rugged jacket with a t-shirt and jeans. |
