Her latest movie might be breaking records at the box office, but it's her love life that's making Halle Berry one happy woman. And who could blame her? The gorgeous star is stepping out with male model Gabriel Aubrey and it looks like the relationship is going from strength to strength as they strolled around New York this week.

The 39-year-old X-Men star has been dating the Canadian-born hunk, who is nine years her junior, since meeting at a Versace photo shoot last year. The pair looked as loved-up as ever as they took time out in the Big Apple, with Halle holding on tightly to her beau and giving him a big hug as they stopped to cross the road.

Gabriel is unlikely to become husband number three, however, as the Oscar-winning actress has vowed never to marry again. "Marriage is over for me. Two strikes and I'm out. I'm not going in for the third strike." Halle's relationship history hasn't been an easy one, with two divorces behind her - to R&B singer Eric Benet and baseball player David Justice. But for now she's clearly thrilled just to be spending time with her 'model' man.
