Rebekah Vardy, 41, has been thrust back into the limelight due to the Disney documentary Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story where Wayne Rooney's life shares her side of the fall-out drama.
Jamie Vardy's wife has declared she's "back to it" as she puts on a brave face in the gym after the show has aired.
The mum-of-five showed off her lithe figure with a selfie inside her private gym at her family home. Rebekah chose dark Lycra leggings and a long-sleeved cropped top for her workout, revealing her trim waistline.
The photo was a chance for fans to take a peek inside their impressive private gym space which features a padded floor, a rack of free weights, a sound system, a punching bag in the shape of a torso and a range of high-tech machines and benches.
The room also has a wall of mirrors, which was the perfect place for the star to take her snap with her hair pulled back ahead of her workout session.
There are large patio doors that open out onto their private garden complete with miniature football pitch – we bet the kids love that come summertime!

Rebekah lost the libel case against Coleen, with the judge ruling that it was "likely" Rebekah's agent at the time, Caroline Watt, may have played a part in passing the information to The Sun.
