CHRISTINA BELTS IT OUT IN TUSSAUDS AND AT WEMBLEY

1 DECEMBER 2006

Christina Aguilera raised the roof at Wembley Arena when she brought her "Back To Basics" tour to London this week. The blonde bombshell lived up to her sizzling reputation when she made her entrance in a skin-tight white suit, with a troupe of buff backing dancers bopping around her, singing her hit single Ain't No Other Man.

For her new wax likeness in Madame Tussauds, a dazzling sequinned dress was the garment of choice though. The famous tourist attraction has unveiled a new figure of the singer standing in the Forties-style boudoir that features in the video for the same song.

The display even gives visitors the opportunity to sing along to the track, so fans with a penchant for singing into their hairbrushes can get a little closer to the real thing. And bosses at Madame Tussauds, where the chanteuse takes her place in a winter chamber alongside Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise, are confident the singer will prove a huge success.

"We've wanted Christina in here for a long while," revealed spokesman Ben Lovett. "A lot of detail's gone into the figure. The dress has been replicated from the one she wears while singing songs from her new album, and every single sequin's gone in individually. Those sort of details make figures life-like."
