Almost exactly one year after she announced her engagement, Lady Marina Windsor has married Nico Macauley!
Prince William and Prince Harry's cousin and her new husband were the picture of newlywed bliss in the first look at their fairytale wedding, shared exclusively with HELLO!.
The royal bride, 33, looked striking in a custom wedding dress created by sustainable atelier designer Larissa Von Planta, and she added a sentimental reminder of her late grandmother with her tiara. Stay tuned for more details in the next Luxy issue of HELLO! magazine.

Marina completed her look with the Kent Pearl and Diamond Fringe Tiara, which the Duchess of Kent wore on her wedding day in 1961.
Historic family tiara
Princess Marina had gifted the diamond headpiece, which she had inherited from her mother-in-law Queen Mary, to her son Prince Edward's bride Katharine Worsley. Created by Garrard & Co for Queen Mary in the mid-1920s, the tiara featured a dot-dash pattern known as the 'Garrard Windsor Motif'.
Unearthed photos show the modest bandeau tiara perfectly complemented Katharine's cathedral-length veil and 15-foot wedding dress designed by Irish couturier John Cavanagh. However, it looked very different just one decade later.
In the 1970s, the Duchess of Kent reportedly transformed the tiara to create a taller, more striking silhouette, which became what we know today as the diamond and pearl fringe appearance.
Katharine wore the new version of the tiara regularly for the State Opening of Parliament, and the iconic family heirloom was worn to major royal events. For example, it was also loaned to Katharine’s daughter, Lady Helen, for her 1992 wedding with Timothy Taylor, and George Windsor's wife, the Countess of St. Andrews, when they got married in 1988.
Marina's appearance in the statement jewellery is particularly poignant given that her grandmother passed away in September 2025 at the age of 92. At the time, she shared a poignant tribute to her "amazing Amama", alongside a black and white photo of her grandparents Katharine and Edward's wedding.
"I love you always and forever and more than words could ever say, thank you for everything, all the deep love, special friendship, giggles and hugs. I will miss you so much and you will be always in my heart," she penned.
Low-key engagement
Taking inspiration from Katharine, who stepped away from royal duties in 2002 and spent 13 years as a music teacher, Marina values leading a normal life as much as possible and has kept her relationship with Nico out of the public eye.
The couple have been publicly linked since 2023, and they chose a special date to share the news of their engagement.
On 8 June, which was her grandparents' wedding anniversary, she took to Instagram to share a photo of herself holding up her onyx and gold engagement ring, captioned "'Very happy!"
The down-to-earth couple appeared to have celebrated with a meal out at a restaurant and a glass of fizz at home.
