As Jack Osbourne bravely faces up to the devastating diagnosis he has Multiple Sclerosis, his baby daughter Pearl has been a massive help.
"It's been good because I haven't had time to be like, 'Oh, I have MS,' because I have to change diapers and stop the baby from crying," he says.
Jack joined his mum Sharon Osbourne on The Talk – the show on which the former X Factor judge broke down earlier this week when her co-hosts asked after her son.
The reality TV star was also joined by his fiancée Lisa Stelly, who has helped him maintain a positive outlook following the sad news.
Jack showed he hasn't lost his sense of humour during the trying time.
"You guys are acting like I have MS or something," Jack joked as he entered the studio to cheers from the audience.
The 26-year-old said that one of the hardest parts of his condition is the uncertainty.
"I'm learning that one minute you can be fine, and the next I went blind in my right eye," said the reality TV star "It’s a completely unpredictable disease."
Jack, who broke the news of his shocking diagnosis in this week's HELLO! magazine, says he got 80 percent of his right-eye vision back.
"They don't know if it will ever improve beyond that, but everyone’s different," he said.
