Kelly Osbourne is keeping her head up amid a trying few months.

In July of last year, the former The View personality lost her father Ozzy Osbourne, who died at 76 from a heart attack, his coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction being contributing factors.

Shortly after, the former reality star split from her fiancé Sid Wilson, though her brother Jack Osbourne maintains she is now in a "happier place."

Jack, speaking with The Sun, shared that Kelly, who shares son Sidney, three, with her ex-fiancé, said: "Kelly's living her country life."

The TV personality added that she's "living out by the house" — Kelly owns a 100-acre farm and home in Indianola, Iowa — and that she is "just doing her thing, being a mum."

"She's in a happier place and she's got a good routine going. She's focusing on her and her son," Jack maintained.

Kelly's ex-fiancé, who she met in the late 1990s as a teen but didn't start dating until 2022, was recently dismissed from Slipknot, his band of 30 years, allegedly over personal issues and his behavior towards his bandmates.

Shortly after, Kelly took to Instagram and shared a scathing series of since-deleted Stories seemingly directed at the DJ.

"Strange how the loudest defense of the guilty is rarely innocence. It's distraction. When the mask slips, they don't face the mirror, they throw it at someone else. I also heard that when you break a mirror you get 7 years bad luck. Or is that just karma? This is why I always take accountability! As they say some are sick then [sic] others," one read.

Kelly then posted a slew of quotes and poems about protecting your children, vowing to "choose them every single time. Over anyone. Over anything."

"Wake the [expletive] up and take some responsibility. I will not take your [expletive] anymore! I'm done. I want to be happy and I have a beautiful son to raise. Leave me alone. let me heal. I can't protect you from yourself anymore," she continued.

Kelly concluded: "Also while I'm at it can I have my dogs back and all my possessions. Oh, yeah, and maybe some child support?"
