Pippa Middleton found the perfect way to keep warm during her recent stay in Saint Moritz. The eligible brunette was spotted cuddling up with her new man Nico Jackson doing a romantic walk through the Swiss resort town. With their arms wrapped around each other, the couple looked very much in love as they made their way along the street, pausing briefly to look in the window of a jewellery store. Both Pippa, 29, and Nico, 35, were wrapped up against the cold weather, the youngest Middleton keeping cosy in a hat, fur gloves and a knitted jacket.

The couple's relationship seems to be going from strength to strength since they were first linked at the start of the year. Of course, Pippa is sticking somewhat to royal tradition by taking her romance to the slopes; Kate's relationship with Prince William was confirmed when they were pictured together in March 2004 on a skiing holiday. And, most recently, Prince Harry was spotted publicly embracing his new girlfriend Cressida Bonas last month during a trip in Verbier.Last weekend, Pippa threw caution to the wind and kissed Nico after completing the Engadin Ski Marathon. She crossed the finish line eight minutes behind her man in the 26-mile cross country race, which her brother James also took part in. It's thought that Pippa and Nico first met during a skiing trip either at the end of 2012, or the start of 2013. And it must be serious - Nico has already met the family. In February he joined Pippa in Mustique where they holidayed with Pippa's sister, Kate and her brother-in-law Prince William, her parents Carole and Michael and brother James.

While Pippa has been linked to aristocracy in the past, Nico has a distinctly 'normal' background. He grew up in a middle-class red-brick terraced house in Folkestone, Kent, and attended the Harvey Grammar School in Folkestone, before earning a business degree at Kingston University. He went on to make his millions as a stockbroker at Deutsche Bank.

His parents, Martyn and Ulrike Jackson, run a ski and sportswear shop in the area - and his mum has already spoken out to give her blessing to Nico's blossoming romance. "They are happy and that is all that matters. As long as my children are happy, then I am happy," Ulrike, 56, said. "And yes, they seem very happy - so that's the perfect answer for them, isn't it?"
