Taking some time off the catwalk to strut her stuff on the shores of the idyllic Mediterranean island, Kate, 39, was as dazzling as ever in a leopard-print bikini, later donning an intricate sheer black and gold kaftan to shade herself from the sun's rays.
The top model enjoyed a boat ride off the coast of Formentera when she flaunted her diving skills to the group, expertly gliding into the crystal blue waters.
Her musician husband Jamie looked on from the boat's shade, wearing cut-off denim jeans with a matching shirt and slip on plimsolls. The pair later strolled around while they shopped for souvenirs.
Supermodel Kate, who has worked continuously for the past 25 years, can afford to relax. Her Spanish holiday in the sun comes hot on the heels of the news that she earned £11.7million from October 2011 to October 2012 – almost triple her earnings of the year before that.
It was a particularly lucrative year for the stunning British model, who appeared in campaigns for brands including Dior Addict, Salvatore Ferragamo, Mango and Rag & Bone and whose companies, Tilly Church and Skate LLP, posted profits of almost £8million and £3.8million respectively.
Kate's big paycheck is also reportedly due to her ever-expanding personal brand, including a new lipstick line for Rimmel and a special appearance at the Summer Olympics closing ceremony in 2012.
Another model of super status, Naomi Campbell, was also out enjoying the waves on the Balearic island of Formentera.
The 43-year-old, who recently split from her Russian bussinessman boyfriend Vladimir Doronin of five years, showed off her amazing figure in an olive bikini aboard a yacht with friends. After unwinding on deck, the newly-single model popped on a pair of goggles to swim in the sea.
Her arrival on the island comes after she was spotted at the Spanish resort of Marbella last weekend, showing that she, too, can take some time off the catwalk to frolick in the sun.
