Kim Kardashian reveals her post-baby diet secret

Kim Kardashian has wowed her fans in recent months with her trim post-pregnancy figure and she has now revealed her diet secret.

"I did the Atkins diet, and I really stuck with it," the new mum said on Twitter. "I am starting again this week, since I ate a lot over the holidays."

The new mum is the latest in a long line of celebrities to follow the famous low-carb diet which encourages followers not to worry about counting calories but rather focus on the amount of carbohydrates they're consuming.

Clearly a healthy diet and exercise are at the forefront of the 33-year-old's mind.

"I want to stay healthy and get in better shape for 2014," she wrote on her Mobio fanpage last week.

The results of her hard work are clearly paying off and she isn't afraid to flaunt the results of her workouts and restricted diet.

Kim shared a photo of herself in a sports bra and leggings at the weekend which showed off her toned tummy and pert bottom.

As well as speaking about her weight loss, Kanye West's fiancée also spoke about her new beauty look.

"Hi Kim, I'm loving the natural make up you are wearing lately, why the change?," the fan asked.

"Thank you! I love to change up hair and make up. I love trying new things," Kim replied. "Natural make up is easier too! Looks fresh and goes better with my blonde hair."
