Jennifer Aniston has spoken about the lack of recognition she received for her new film Cake, after the actress failed to receive an Oscar nomination for her leading role. Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, Jennifer showed she had no hard feelings as she joked around with comedian Ellen.
"I'm the number one snubbed!" Jennifer admitted to roars of laughter from the audience. "That's the silver lining."
As the former Friends star laughed it off, she took a more serious note and expressed her amazement at just how well the drama had been reviewed by critics and other awarding bodies.

After Ellen said she knew it would be a talking point after, Jennifer added: "I think Kate did too. Kate did actually say, 'Oh that's gonna go everywhere.'"

She also revealed that those who had been nominated for Best Actress, including Reese Witherspoon and Julianne Moore, had sent her their best wishes.
