Bradley Cooper takes two special dates to Oscars 2015 ceremony

23 FEBRUARY 2015

Bradley Cooper opted to take two very special ladies to the Oscars awards ceremony on Sunday night - his long-term girlfriend Suki Waterhouse and his loving mum Gloria Campano. But the Hollywood hunk – who was shortlisted for Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in American Sniper – walked part of the red carpet alone.

Suited and booted and arriving at Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre in style, Bradley looked picture-perfect in a black tuxedo. The star exuded confidence as he strode down the carpet solo and completed his sharp look with slicked back hair.

Bradley was soon joined by Clint Eastwood, who directed the actor's latest blockbuster, and the pair shared a few jokes in front of the camera. The 40-year-old dapper star was then reunited with his mum Gloria and Suki before going into the ceremony.

This is not the first time that Gloria, who was seated next to her son during the awards, has accompanied Bradley to the Oscars. Last year the Pennsylvania native took his doting mum to the ceremony, and the pair were pictured mingling with Leonardo DiCaprio and his mother Irmelin at an afterparty.

In 2013 Gloria proved Bradley's perfect Oscars date as she defied her years in a gorgeous black dress and added a touch of glitz to her outfit with a feathery bolero. She was introduced to Bradley's former co-star Jennifer Lawrence – from Silver Linings Playbook – on the night.

Suki, a British fashion model, also joined the pair, and looked stunning in a red Burberry dress and with her long blonde hair in a sleek part.

It was thought that the 23-year-old, who shares the same birthday as her boyfriend, would be walking in the Burberry fashion show In London on Monday, but instead she chose to support Bradley, whom she has been in a relationship with for the past two years, on his big night.
