Considering who his parents are, it's normal that Brooklyn Beckham's friends list includes a number of famous faces. Eva Longoria is clearly among them – Brooklyn posted a throwback picture of himself with the actress, who has just started following him on Instagram in the last few days.

"#TBT with @evalongoria," the 16-year-old captioned the image which shows them dining together with a group of friends and family.

The teenager's throwback picture comes just days after Eva posted her own photo message to him on Instagram.

"Hi @BrooklynBeckham!!! I'm finally following you!" the actress wrote.

The image appears to have been taken when Eva met up with Brooklyn's parents David and Victoria Beckham for dinner ahead of the Easter weekend. The former Desperate Housewives star and her boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston joined the couple for a double date at the luxurious Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.

While David and Victoria made a relatively low-key entrance to the Italian restaurant, there was no mistaking Eva who was wearing a stunning fuchsia dress – the same she is wearing in her Instagram post.

Eva has been a close friend of Victoria and David since they lived in Los Angeles, and is no doubt enjoying catching up with the family while they spend time stateside during the school holidays.

The actress is not the only star that Brooklyn can call a friend; the well-connected teen recently spent time backstage with Mumford and Sons at their London show, and he has previously been linked to actress Chloë Grace Moretz after they were spotted spending a lot of time together in the summer.

Gordon Ramsay is also a close family friend, and Brooklyn showed that he is following in the chef's footsteps by sharing another image of himself making homemade pizza on Easter Sunday, telling fans he was "the next Gordon Ramsay."
