Brooklyn Beckham calls himself 'the next Gordon Ramsay' as he makes authentic brick-oven pizza

Gordon Ramsay is a good friend of the Beckhams, so it's no wonder that David and Victoria's eldest son, 16-year-old Brooklyn, would aspire to be like the expert chef when it comes to the kitchen. And that's exactly what the teenager did on Easter Sunday. "The next Gordon Ramsay" wrote Brooklyn alongside a snap of himself looking like a professional as he placed homemade pizza in a brick oven.Salami, tomato and basil appear to the toppings of choice for the youngster – who is currently Stateside as the famous family enjoy the Easter holidays in his parents' Los Angeles home.

It seems that homemade pizza made baked in an authentic brick oven was the perfect finish to a foodie weekend for the Beckhams.

Earlier, fashion designer Victoria had put her creative skills towards making her very own white chocolate eggs, with the help of children Romeo, Cruz and Harper. She then shared the fruits of her efforts with her 8.3 million Twitter fans. "Busy making Easter eggs with my beautiful boys and Harper x look what mummy made!! X vb".

In his documentary DVD Into The Unknown, which was filmed the in the run-up to last years’ World Cup in Brazil, the former football star said his children love Italian, and spoke about the six-month course at a professional cookery school that he took back while he was playing in Milan.

Of his health-conscious wife, David said: "Victoria is easy. She loves vegetables and she loves salad."

"When I was in Italy the culinary course was one of the things I always wanted to do. "So I had the time and I thought, why not? The kids love Italian, so I can make fresh pasta from scratch," said the dad-of-four.
