Victoria Beckham celebrates turning 41

Happy birthday, Victoria Beckham! As the fashion designer celebrates turning 41, HELLO! Online takes a look at what the stars have in store for the former Spice Girl, and you…

This is what Victoria, who is an Aries, can be expecting today:

When are jokes not funny? When they become a mechanisms by which to express resentment, suspicion, prejudice or suppressed anger. Sometimes, people say things that sound strange or seem sharp. When asked for explanation, they reply, 'I was just joking.' But apparent levity often belies surprising weight. Such jokes often have hidden meaning and can reveal secrets. Be sensitive to what you may be able to learn (though not so hypersensitive that you end up taking umbrage and offence) this weekend.

Victoria Beckham is now a world famous fashion designer but for many women she will also always be Posh Spice, one fifth of British girl band Spice Girls.

Bringing Girl Power to the world, the band burst onto the scene with their debut single Wannabe in 1996 and went on to sell more than 80 million records worldwide, making them the best-selling female group in music history.

In 1997, Victoria attended a Manchester United football match and it was here she met David Beckham. "My wife picked me out of a soccer sticker book. And I chose her off the telly ... It felt straight away like we'd always been meant to be together," wrote David in his autobiography.

In July 1999, the couple wed in a lavish ceremony at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland with their infant son Brooklyn acting as ring bearer.

After the Spice Girls split in 2000, Victoria enjoyed a successful solo career but it was in 2008 with her debut fashion show in New York that she finally came to prominence on a stage on which she felt comfortable. In the years since, Victoria has become one of the most sought-after designers around the globe, and her annual fashion shows in New York are the hottest events of the fashion calendar.

Despite her fame in the style world, Victoria returned to the concert stage with the Spice Girls for a 2007 reunion tour. The girls also joined forces again for the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics.

Victoria and David have four children, three boys - Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz - and in July 2011, the couple welcomed the little girl they so wanted, Harper Seven.
