Victoria Beckham proved she was ready for Paris Fashion Week by expertly walking on a StairMaster in four-inch stilettos.
The fashion designer, 52, who is set to showcase her latest collection in the French capital on Friday, is known to incorporate the cardio machine into her morning workout.
But the former Spice Girl took her fitness regime a step further as she carefully strutted in a pair of backless maroon heels from her own collection, teamed with a silk blouse and a burgundy leather midi skirt.
In a video shared to Victoria's Instagram story, her husband, David Beckham, 51, asked: “Darling, I know it's Fashion Week, but don't you think you're taking this a bit too far?”

The designer, who founded her fashion line in 2008, will present her Spring/Summer 2027 collection in Paris this week, and she’s usually supported by her family on the front row.

However, Brooklyn has been estranged from his parents since releasing a scathing 800-word statement in January revealing that he "didn't want reconciliation" with his family, after months of speculation after he and his wife, American actress Nicola Peltz, missed a slew of milestone family moments.
Back in the studio
Victoria returned to her musical roots as she joined her son Cruz in the recording studio.
The 21-year-old musician, who performs with his band the Breakers, shared a photo of the two together on Monday.
Lady Victoria could be seen standing in front of the microphone while she appeared to read something from her phone.
Posting the photo on Instagram, he wrote: "Yeah we got Posh back in the studio."
The youngest of the Beckhams' sons released his singles, Optics and Lick The Toad last year, and he performed in cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow in early 2026.
