She may be an internationally renowned popstar, but Britney Spears is also a doting mother to her sons Sean and Jayden. On Friday the Everytime singer took to Instagram to proudly post to new photos of her boys, joking that she is just another enthusiastic mother at the statepark.

"Just your typical proud skate mom," Britney captioned one of the pictures, which showed her grinning sons holding on to their boards while she struck a pose in an oversized T-shirt, backwards baseball cap and sunglasses.

On Saturday the 33-year-old shared another snapshot of herself standing with her arms around nine-year-old Sean and eight-year-old Jayden, who both sported smart shirts, shorts and snapbacks.

Britney has previously revealed her sons' enthusiasm for skateboarding and last month she posted an Instagram picture of them looking excited in their helmets with the caption: "What a great day at the skate park looks like!!"

"Beautiful day with my boys for Easter," she also wrote alongside a video clip of the duo showing off their skills. "Look at these little hot shots!!"

Mississippi-born Britney welcomed Sean in 2005 and Jayden in 2006, during her three-year marriage to Kevin Federline.

While the pair went their separate ways in 2007, 37-year-old Kevin recently reminisced about his time with the singer, calling it a "good time" in his life.

"We have two beautiful children," he told Access Hollywood. "The way that everything turned out, everybody's happy. Co-parenting is great. I can't complain."

Britney is currently dating TV producer Charlie Ebersol

Britney and Kevin's number one priority is their children.

"We talk when we need to," he said. "It's always about the boys – making sure we stay on top of that. It's going great. I'm in a happy place right now."

Referring to the couple's contentious divorce and custody battle, Kevin said it all feels like a distant memory now.

"That time, it's like a whirlwind," he said. "You know, you're thrown into this limelight… Everything kinda happened."
