Like any other person, Eva Longoria has been through ups and downs in her personal life, but there's one person she can always count on – her close friend Victoria Beckham. The pair met almost a decade ago, when the Beckhams moved to Los Angeles for professional footballer David's job.
It was then that Victoria, 41, and Eva, 40, struck up a close friendship and immediately bonded over their love for fashion and their similar sense of humour.
"We're best friends and have shared lots of life lessons together," said Eva, speaking to Daily Mail Australia. "What we talk about is between us but we've been through stuff together."

Victoria was there when the actress' marriage to basketball player Tony Parker broke down after four years in 2011, and when Eva decided to part ways with her boyfriend Ernesto Arguello two years later.
The former Desperate Housewives star has, likewise, supported the fashion designer in some of the most important moments of Victoria's personal and professional life.
Eva flew to London when the ex-Spice Girl opened her new clothing store in London, and also made the trip to Marrakech, Morocco to celebrate David's 40th birthday.

At the time Eva posted an Instagram photo of Victoria and her former bandmates, with all but Mel B in attendance, joking: "I'm the new Spice Girl! #LatinaSpice @victoriabeckham @emmabunton @MelanieCmusic @gerihalliwell."
She also shared a sweet snap of herself and Victoria's oldest son Brooklyn Beckham, feigning a mock surprised pose after the 16-year-old managed to bag more social media followers than the actress.
"How did this happen? @brooklynbeckham not only beat me to 1M, he now has 2M?? #DB40," she captioned the picture.

Speaking about her bond with the teenager, Eva said: "I've seen Brooklyn grow up so I was very upset that he beat me to a million followers on Instagram. He got there first. He's very proud of that. We're always joking on Instagram."
The Texas-born beauty, who has previously described her friend Victoria as "the most beautiful woman inside and out", was also chosen to be Harper Beckham’s godmother. Little Harper, who turns four this weekend, is David and Victoria's only daughter and youngest child.
