Lamar was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel on Tuesday afternoon. He was taken to a local hospital where he was intubated, before being taken to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas where he remains in a coma.

His estranged wife Khloé Kardashian has rushed to be by his side, supported by her sisters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and mum Kris. Kendall Jenner recently arrived at the hospital, having cut short her trip to fashion week in Shanghai to be there.

Also supporting Lamar are his former team mate Kobe Bryant, his father Joe Odom, and his two children along with their mother, who Khloé reportedly arranged to have flown out from New York.

"Inconsolable" Khloé is making medical decisions for Lamar as he continues to fight for his life, because the couple's divorce has not yet been finalised.

"He never signed a living will, so Khloé is making decisions for him," a source close to the family told People. "It's very stressful. She is lost.

"They're pretty sure this is goodbye, but they're praying for a miracle. They know that God has the power to heal him, but that's really the last hope at this point. This is really bad."
