Natasha Hamilton and Ritchie Neville have confirmed the end of their relationship. The couple, who announced their engagement just five months ago, have insisted that they will remain good friends for the sake of the one-year-old daughter Ella Rose. "After careful consideration, we have decided to amicably end our relationship," Natasha, 33, and Ritchie, 36, said in a statement to the Mail. "There is no one reason for the failure of our relationship. Unfortunately it is just the way things turned out and it's no one's fault.

"In the interest of our family we remain good friends and we hope people will respect our privacy at this time. "The couple started dating in 2013 when they both appeared on ITV2's The Big Reunion, and they welcomed their daughter Ella Rose in September 2014.The news of their split will come as a big shock to fans; the couple had seemed blissfully happy in recent months, sharing a sweet selfie together on New Year’s Day in which they looked forward to a "wonderful 2016".

Atomic Kitten star Natasha has children Josh, 13, Harry, 10 and four-year-old Alfie from three previous relationship. She was previously married for six years to Riad Erraji, the father of her youngest son, before their split in July 2013.Once he started dating Natasha, Five singer Ritchie revelled in his role helping take care of the children. "It definitely has been a big change for me, very much so," he previously told the Mail. "With the boys, they are three strikingly different characters and ages. It has been a big change and an enriching one."
