The Almost Famous also shared another adorable photo of herself cuddling with her little boy earlier that morning, admitting that she couldn't believe how quickly he was growing up.
"And with a snap of my fingers, five years flew by…. Happy Birthday Bingo #MorningSnuggle #5YearsOldToday," she wrote.

"I do believe that it is better to have two people as parents that are truly happy in themselves for [the sake of] their children," she told Red magazine. "If they can't sustain that at home and if it's affecting their family, then they have to look at their relationship."
She added: "Of course, the goal is always to stay together. Matt and I really worked on it together and we came to a point where we realised that we are really better as friends and that is a healthier approach for our kids. And we can see the results."
The couple, who got engaged in April 2011, surprised fans when they confirmed thatthey had ended their four-year-relationship in 2014. "Kate and Matt have been separated for some time now," a representative for the actress said in a statement. "Despite this, they remain very close friends and committed co-parents."
