Lisa Snowdon shares heartache at not having children: 'I've left it kind of late'

At the age of 44, Lisa Snowdon believes she has left it too late to start a family. The I'm A Celebrity star, who recently found love with George Smart, made the frank admission to campmate Ola Jordan during Thursday night's episode of the show, as talk between the two women turned to children.

"Not now," Lisa replied, when asked by 34-year-old Ola if she wanted a family of her own. "It's a weird one because it's so hard. I left it kind of late.

"It's tricky. It is hard. It's not like I’ve got a heart of stone where it's like, 'No, I don't need them. I don't want them in my life.' It's been something that I've had to deal with. It's not always as simple as, 'I didn't want children.'"

Former Strictly dancer Ola, meanwhile, admitted she "would love" to start a family with her husband of 13 years, fellow dancer James Jordan. And Gogglebox favourite Scarlett Moffatt revealed that she also dreams of becoming a mother. "Oh yeah. I want my own little tribe definitely," the 25-year-old said. "I would like at least two kids because I was [like] an only child.
