Danny Dyer has been pictured for the first time since taking a break from Eastenders amid reports that he was suffering from "exhaustion and stress". The actor looked happy and well rested while posing for a photo with a fan in South Africa. According to The Sun, sources said that the soap star "appeared to be in good spirits" as he enjoyed his holiday. Danny took a break from the soap in mid-February, with a spokesperson for the BBC saying: "Danny is on a short break from EastEnders. This was not enforced by bosses nor has he quit the show."

Danny tied the knot with Joanne after 20 years

Speaking about the special day, Danny told HELLO!: "I was overwhelmed. Jo looked stunning - and seeing her there with all my beautiful children - I was really moved. It couldn't have been any better… To be standing here with the girl I grew up with – looking so beautiful in her wedding dress – that is a lovely thing. Jo is my best girl – the love of my life.
