Joanna Lumley turns 72

Happy birthday to this British icon! Joanna, who acted as this year's BAFTAs host, will be turning 72. The legendary actress has won three BAFTAs for her work in BBC comedy Absolutely Fabulous. She also received a special award for The Avengers as well as last year's Fellowship Award in recognition of her on-screen career, which has spanned 50 years. In 2016, Joanna reprised her role as Patsy Stone, the hard-drinking magazine editor and best friend of PR agent Edina Monsoon, who is played by Jennifer Saunders, in the movie reboot of Absolutely Fabulous.

Jamie Dornan turns 36

Irish actor Jamie Dornan will no doubt be celebrating his big day with his wife Amelia Warner and their two daughters, Dulcie and Elva. He recently completed his promotional tour for the third and final film from the Fifty Shades franchise, in which he played the brooding billionaire Christian Grey. Despite his big break in Hollywood, Jamie also starred as a serial killer in the British series The Fall.

Lady Sarah Chatto turns 54

She is one of the lesser-known members of the royal family, but she is the daughter of Princess Margaret and Antony Armstrong-Jones. Lady Sarah is 22nd in line to the throne and the Queen's only niece. The royal prefers to maintain a life out of the royal spotlight with her husband Daniel Chatto and their two sons, Samuel and Arthur. The Queen is said to "adore" Sarah, and will only permit her niece to accompany her to her favourite hideaway, Craigowan Lodge in Aberdeenshire.
