Just like you, we're spending lots of time at home lately, doing our very best to flatten the curve and keep ourselves and each other safe during the coronavirus pandemic. So, with that in mind, we're thrilled to launch the inaugural edition of HELLO! Canada Home, featuring one of our readers' favourite stars: Jillian Harris!
In Issue 707/708, on newsstands and available on iPhones and tablets on April 2, you'll find a special supplement guest-edited by the mom of two! We joined her and husband Justin Pasutto, their two children, Leo and Annie, and dogs Nacho and Peaches, at home in Kelowna, B.C.
"It was such a pleasure to invite Hello! Canada into my home," Jillian says in her editor's letter. "We spent the day moving from room to room, reminiscing about the journey of renovating our 1970s fixer-upper and laughing about all of the memories we've created as a family and as a team.
"The day before the big shoot, we were prepping like crazy! I had Team Jilly helping me get the house photo-ready. Together, we hung photos, fluffed pillows and arranged beautiful bouquets. Trust me when I say, our home doesn't always look this put together, with two toddlers and two wild dogs. It take a village – I'll be the first to admit it."

The interior designer's home is fitted with gorgeous custom details, including a spectacular kitchen. She gave us a grand tour of the beautiful abode, and generously shared her decor tips with us, meaning her fans can bring a touch of Jillian's design taste into their own homes. You can shop every room, and we'll give you the best and most affordable ways to steal her style!
Speaking of that, Jillian is also a fashion maven in her own right. She gave us a peek inside her airy walk-in closet, and shared a few of her fashionable favourites along with style and beauty tips for the coming gorgeous spring days.
With the Easter holidays not far off, the 40-year-old shared her favourite ways to entertain in early spring, and also has a few recipes for fans. They're also perfect for any little ones you may have running around your home during working hours lately! We bet your whole family will love Jillian's vegan Easter Bunny Pop Tarts, a carrot cake smoothie, maple carrot cake cinnamon buns!
HELLO! Canada Home Issue 1 also sees Jillian sit down with Peggy Harris, her mother and one of her design inspirations. In a revealing, touching and heartwarming interview, the two speak about their favourite memories, what Peggy loves most about being a parent and a grandmother and the things she finds beautiful in her life today. With Mother's Day just around the corner, it's a very special treat and would make an amazing gift for the mom in your life, too!

Jillian also has a special message for all of our readers and the entire country as we deal with COVID-19.
"Justin and I are at home with Leo and Annie, and we are taking every precaution to ensure we are doing our part to help flatten the curve," she writes in her editorial letter. "We are spending time at home as a family and getting creative with the kids.
"I would like to take the time to send my love, gratitude and appreciation to everyone working on the front lines and to tall those who have been impacted. Please know that my heart is with you. We will all get through this together."
Jillian's edition of HELLO! Canada Home appears in Issue 707/708 of HELLO! Canada magazine, available on newsstands across the country and on iPhone and tablets beginning April 2!
