Gwyneth Paltrow has paid a heartfelt tribute to "the boy that fills my soul up every time I look at him," her rarely-seen son Moses on his 17th birthday.

The actress - who was recently supported by her son and daughter Apple during a Utah ski trial - took to social media to honor her "exceptional, kind, loving" son and fans couldn't believe how much he looked like his father, Chris Martin.

"Happy 17th birthday to the boy that fills my soul up every time I look at him. @mosesmartin you are the most exceptional, kind, loving human being," Gwyneth posted alongside a selfie of the pair. "You keep us all laughing with your perfect impressions and you inspire us with your harmonies. I deeply adore you more than you could ever imagine! Love, mama."

"He looks just like his father," commented one fan as another added: "Happy Birthday Moses! He looks just like his dad!"

Gwyneth and Chris, the frontman of Coldplay, met in 2022 and marred in December 2003 in a ceremony at a hotel in Southern California. She was pregnant with their daughter Apple at the time, and they later welcomed Moses in 2006.

They shocked fans in 2014 when they announced they had "consciously uncoupled," and their divorce was finalized in 2016.

The birthday celebration comes a week after Gwyneth was found not at fault following a 2016 ski collision with retired optometrist Dr. Terry Sanderson. Dr Sanderson claimed the Oscar winner had caused him ongoing health issues after a 2016 collision.

The Goop founder, in turn, filed a countersuit, claiming that Terry was the one who ran into her. A jury decided she was not at fault, after seven days of trial, awarding her the symbolic $1 she had countersued for in return.
