The deal was initially reported by Variety and has since been confirmed by a source familiar with the transaction.
Constructed in the 1930s, this 3,440-square-foot home is described as an "organic modern" masterpiece.
It seamlessly blends modern architectural features with natural elements, creating an exquisite living space.

The property boasts floating gardens complete with drop irrigation and drainage, over 2,000 square feet of outdoor decks and terraces, and a luxurious pool with an accompanying spa, as detailed in the listing by Benjamin Illulian of Keller Williams.

Prior to this recent purchase, the singer and model have been staying at an incredible rental home since listing their $24million Beverly Hills mansion for sale in August 2020.
