Months after Brooklyn Beckham 's explosive statement in which he claimed his parents had manipulated him throughout his life, the Beckham feud continues, as Brooklyn's wife Nicola Peltz Beckham has now broken her silence.
This past week, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham extended olive branches, as they publicly wished their estranged son Brooklyn a happy birthday. In response, Brooklyn and his wife Nicola skipped Victoria's annual Paris Fashion Week show on March 6; the Beckham matriarch was instead supported by husband David, and three youngest children, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
© Getty Images for VogueIn what was a marked difference to years past, neither Brooklyn nor Nicola posted public shows of support on social media, although Nicola did post about her husband's birthday, as well as her surprise cameo in Ryan Murphy's series The Beauty, with Ashton Kutcher.
During an interview to mark her appearance as the "beautified" version of Isabella Rossellini's Franny, Nicola was asked for the first time how she has been navigating the recent attention, but the 31-year-old brushed it off, sharing that she has been in the editing room for her next project, Prima.
"I’ve been editing my next film [Prima] for the past two and a half weeks. So honestly, I’ve been in the editing room. We haven’t had weekends," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "We’ve just been trying to make a deadline [for Cannes Film Festival]. And it’s been so amazing to just put my focus on that and be creative. It’s been really fun doing that, and I’m really excited for it to come out."
Brooklyn commented on Nicola's post about his birthday, cheekily replying in the comments and revealing his own nickname for his wife, writing: "My sexy little pepper." But he did not respond to his parents' message which saw David using his own nickname for his eldest, 'Buster'.

Brooklyn confirmed months of rumors of a family feud when he took to Stories to claim that he had no intention of reconciling with his family, citing "controlled narratives" and "inauthentic relationships" among his reasons. He claimed that "love" was measured "by how much you post on social media, or how quickly you drop everything to show up and pose for a family photo opp, even if it's at the expense of our professional obligations."

April 9th - Brooklyn Beckham marries Nicola Peltz. Reports emerge of a dispute, as Nicola chose not to wear a dress designed by Victoria Beckham. However, in an interview with Grazia USA, Nicola said this was because Victoria's ''alterier'' couldn't make the dress, not due to a feud.
June - During their honeymoon, Brooklyn and Nicola do not meet up with the Beckhams, despite being on holiday nearby at the same time.
August - Nicola appears on the cover of Tatler, where she discusses the pressure Brooklyn feels around his career, and reveals that he often seeks advice from her billionaire father.
October - In an interview with the Sunday Times, when Nicola was questioned about the alleged feud with Victoria she said: “No family is perfect.”

December - Romeo Beckham and his girlfriend, Kim Turbull, go public, and she begins spending time with the Beckham family. However, Brooklyn and Nicola are notably absent from any photos with Kim, who reportedly dated Brooklyn in the past, in the following months.

March 30th - Brooklyn didn't attend his dad's early birthday party in Miami, which was organised by Victoria
April - Romeo shuts down speculation that Kim was Brooklyn’s ex-girlfriend in a now-deleted Instagram comment: “Brooklyn and Kim never dated.”
9th - The Beckham family do not publicly acknowledge Brooklyn and Nicola’s third wedding anniversary.
17th - Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz miss Victoria Beckham’s 51st birthday party. Brooklyn does not post any birthday tribute to his mother on social media.
May 2nd - David Beckham celebrates his 50th birthday in London. However, Brooklyn and Nicola are notably absent and do not publicly acknowledge the occasion on social media.
5th - David shares an Instagram story from a fishing trip he planned six months earlier for his birthday, posing with his sons Cruz and Romeo. He captions the story: “You were missed @brooklynpeltzbeckham.”
25th - Brooklyn posts an Instagram story of himself and Nicola, appearing to take a dig at his parents, with the caption: “I always choose you.”
August 2 - Nicola and Brooklyn renew their vows without any members of the Beckham family present at the ceremony.
October 8 - Nicola and Brooklyn do not attend the red carpet premiere of Victoria Beckham's eponymous Netflix documentary.

January 19 - Brooklyn has broken his silence on the family feud rumours with a lengthy Instagram story. He shared his version of events with his 16 million followers and stated that he has no desire to reconcile with his parents.
February 14th - Harper gave her three brothers a shout-out on Valentine's Day, posting a black-and-white photo of them all captioned: "I love you all so much words can't describe it x". In the photo, she is seen with her arms around Brooklyn as they kneel in a pool alongside her other siblings.
June 12th - While in Los Angeles for David receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Harper visited Brooklyn's home with a letter. She left just 30 seconds later, as the couple were in New York while she was in California.
June 15th - Representatives for Brooklyn and Nicola gave a statement to HELLO! regarding the visit, saying: "The fact that photographers were in place as the letter was hand-delivered says it all—this was choreographed for the cameras."
Brooklyn also alleged that Victoria pulled out of designing Nicola's wedding dress at the last minute, before "hijacking" the couple's first dance at their wedding.
"In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife, but instead, my mum was waiting to dance with me," he alleged. "She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."
Public speculation regarding friction between Victoria and Nicola had been growing since Brooklyn and Nicola's 2022 wedding and it often centered on social media interactions and attendance at family events.
