Victoria Beckham has had her fair share of fashion highlights, with a few disasters thrown in for good measure (case in point being her purple wedding dress), but in an unbelievable throwback video, Posh Spice was seen wearing a red Pokémon robe!
The Spice Girls made an appearance on SMTV Live, where they took part in a Poké-World skit, in which they pretended to be in a beauty pageant. Victoria had a departure from her iconic little black dress to strut down the runway in a silky robe with her name and Pikachu emblazoned on it.
Victoria then staged a fall, asking "Do you think anybody noticed?" in the scripted moment, she went on to joke that if she won the pretend competition she would go on to "Marry a very sexy footballer," when in fact she was already hitched to England football legend David Beckham at this point.
The clip was shared by Belta Box, which is an online platform started by Ant and Dec to share iconic TV moments, past and present. Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly hosted the show, SMTV Live, from 1998 to 2001 alongside co-presenter Cat Deeley.
Victoria's sense of humour
While Victoria makes a point not to smile in photos on the red carpet, she is very well known for her excellent sense of humour behind closed doors, so we wouldn't be surprised if the dramatic fall was all her own idea.
"People are probably surprised that I have a sense of humour," the fashion designer has admitted in the past. "I like to take the mickey out of myself. "As much as I take what I do very seriously, I also want to have fun. I like to poke fun at myself… And I think that surprises people," she told Elle Singapore in 2014.
Victoria the ultimate WAG
Victoria's most recent appearance was alongside her family at Miami Stadium to watch England beat Norway in the World Cup Quarter Finals. The mum-of-four looked elegant as always in a satin top in a muted champagne hue and she teamed it with crisp white trousers. The 52-year-old wore her ombre locks loose and teamed her look with a pair of sunglasses to watch the game.
The Miami stadium would have been convenient for the Beckhams, who have their own property there - a rather impressive $80 million waterfront mansion. They also have a London mansion in the heart of Holland Park and a countryside estate in the Cotswolds.
