STORY: A magical Harry Potter supperclub is coming to London!

Tombo is a Japanese café chain that predominantly sells Poké sushi and matcha tea. It has three branches throughout London, and while the Soho and South Kensington branches won't host their own pop-ups, they will be selling Hello Kitty merchandise throughout September.

The cafe will serve a range of Hello Kitty-themed treats

The upcoming launch comes a year after another London café, Cutter & Squidge, hosted a pop-up that included Hello Kitty afternoon tea and sweet treats. The iconic character has inspired a number of foodie attractions around the world, including permanent cafés in Tokyo, Beijing and Changi Airport Singapore.

Hello Kitty fans can even board branded Eva Air flights in some parts of the world, stay in Hello Kitty-themed hotel rooms or even give birth in the Hello Kitty maternity ward in Taiwan! Closer to home, fans of the character will love the Hello Kitty Secret Garden at Drusillas Park in Sussex, with themed rides dedicated to the cartoon.

The Hello Kitty pop-up café will open at Tombo Fitzrovia, 4 Windmill St, Fitzrovia, near Tottenham Court Road station, W1T 2HZ.
