Wearing a black string bikini, Australian Miranda, 30, can been seen with her toes and hands firmly in the sand as she completes the difficult pose. Given the picturesque location of her workout, the photo is the epitome of tranquility as she stretches backwards in front of the waves.Miranda — who is married to Orlando Bloom — has credited yoga with helping her stay in shape since the birth of her son Flynn in January 2011. "I have been working out quite a bit doing pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands," she explained while shooting a Reebok campaign last year. "And I eat super healthy. "Health really is wealth. If I'm in the car on the way to work, or if I'm on the plane on the way to a job, I'll do a meditation."

The picture, taken by Chris Colls, shows her covering her chest with her arms as she turns towards the camera. Another shows her with her legs crossed in front of her, wearing a print bikini which she tweeted with the caption, "Fun in the sun."
